We are seeking driven and enthusiastic recruitment professionals to support our Recruitment Consultants, who are professional experienced, driven, supportive and friendly!

You’ll be working across a range of professional sectors, focusing purely on candidate sourcing and account management — no cold calling or business development required, as all new clients are brought in by the Recruitment Consultants.

JOB PURPOSE
 

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, supporting the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to successful placement. You’ll work closely with Senior Consultants to manage active vacancies, while also helping to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, you’ll be a key representative of the business — delivering a professional, consultative, and high-touch service at every stage of the recruitment journey.

What’s on Offer:

• £25,000 basic salary - OTE of £28k–£30k in your first year
• £150 bonus per placement – Delivery Consultants typically place 3–4 candidates per month once established

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3–6 months of experience in recruitment or a strong background in a phone-based or sales environment
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people and delivering great service
• Motivated, goal-driven, and organised
